We back our products and service with a pledge - Communications Advantage.™ When you purchase a new telephone system from us, we will:

 

• Replace defective parts at no charge for five years.

 

• Provide a Maintenance and Support Agreement at no charge for one year.

 

• Refund 25 percent (up to $5,000) of system's purchase price if we fail to respond to a request for emergency service within four hours.

 

• Provide one month free Maintenance and Support if we fail to respond to a request for non-emergency service within 24 hours.

 

• Continue your Maintenance and Support Agreement for as long as you own your system, unless you decide to cancel it, except in the case of non-payment.

 

• Guarantee prices for replacement or add-on parts for as long as we maintain your system.

Provide a Maintenance and Support Agreement at no charge for one year. Experience GST's superior maintenance and support service free the first year you own your system. The agreement includes diagnostic services, software and database problems, and user training, among others.


Refund 25 percent (up to $5,000) of system's purchase price if we fail to respond to a request for emergency service within four hours. System down? You can count on GST to respond quickly to get you up and running. We back this pledge with a refund of 25 percent of the system's purchase price, up to $5,000.


Provide one month free Maintenance and Support if we fail to respond to a request for non-emergency service within 24 hours. Are you tired of waiting for service people to respond when they say they will? At GST, we promise to address your request for non-emergency service within 24 hours or we will extend your Maintenance and Support Agreement free for one month.


Continue your Maintenance and Support Agreement for as long as you own your system, unless you decide to cancel it, except in the case of non-payment. No questions. No hassles. As long as you own your system, GST will continue to offer you a Maintenance and Support Agreement.


Guarantee prices for replacement or add-on parts for as long as we maintain your system. Take the guesswork out of the cost of keeping your system up-to-date. When you purchase a telecommunications system from GST, we will provide you with a parts price list which we will honor for the life of your system as long as we maintain it.


Provide a trade-in credit for five years. Is your business expanding or changing rapidly? While we do our best to help you plan for future needs, some changes can't be foreseen. If you decide to replace your system during the first five years you own it, we will provide a trade-in credit which you can use toward the purchase of a new system from GST.


Cover your deductible (up to $1,000) if your system is damaged by lightning. When lightning strikes, GST will be there to get your telecommunications system up and running as quickly as possible.
