Heads up: Software Warranty Agreement letters have been recently sent to all Acteon Networks LLC customers. Please read the letter carefully and return it whether or not you will sign up for NEC’s newest Software Assurance Agreement.

Effective April 1, tokens will be required when manufacturer support is needed. Customers who subscribe to the Software Assurance Agreement or purchase a new Software Assurance Agreement within 30 days of opening a service ticket will be able to avoid token charges.
