NEC has released new software for the SV8100. The new release includes enhanced features to boost productivity.
For our customers with an active Software Assurance Contract (SWA) we will be out soon to upload the new software.
Here is an overview of the enhancements:
- ACD Skills Based Routing – Now have the option to program up to 7 Priority levels, 1 being the highest
- InMail – Automatic access to Voice Mail by Caller ID (No more dialing access code to retrieve vm messages. Each mailbox can be associated with a caller ID and the InMail will recognize and automatically log the user in to their mailbox)
- IP DECT – off hook signaling now available and caller ID display after call transfer
- External Paging using VRS – enables the use of pre-recorded messages to be used
- Memo Display Function – display pre-programmed info when caller ID matches common speed dialing
- Redial Function (Outgoing Calls) – Name AND Number stored for common/group speed dial
- K-CCIS IP – T.38 Fax now supported
- K-CCIS – Call back requests now supported across network, and InMail supported as centralized VM
- Netlink – Multi SIP Carriers can now be utilized with multiple locations using the Netlink feature for a single system image.
- Pick Up Mobile Extension – calls on mobile extension can be picked up from phone on 8100
- Personal Park @ Co-workers Extension – park call directly to extension
- Licensing – Temp 10 Day license activation (used for demo or emergency)
- Alarm Reports/IP Address Collision – alarm for duplication of IP addresses
- Desktop Application Enhancement - Display CTI Device IP Address previously connected
- IPLA Daughter Boards – Only requires 1 DSP IP Address now instead of a max of 8
