Installation. Once you give GST the go ahead, our project
team works closely with your key people to tailor your telecommunications
system to fit the needs of individual users. We make all necessary
arrangements with your telephone company, can review your telephone
lines with you to ensure that you are not paying for lines which
you don't need or use, and test your system fully before installation.
User Training. Before your system is put into service, we
familiarize your people with the system. The day it goes into service,
we conduct hands-on training covering basic functions of the system.
We conduct a follow-up session to review the basics and discuss
more advanced features.
Customer Support. Customer support is the heart of our business.
We become part of your telecommunications team helping with all
areas from budgeting and planning to training. We fix what breaks
24 hours a day, seven days a week. We add new equipment, make changes,
move telephones or even your entire system. If you have a question,
